When reading a 2026 prefabricated price list, check the date, model, technical package, taxes and included work; do not substitute the list price for a project quotation.

A price list's scope matters as much as its date
A prefabricated price list can provide initial model comparisons. A date does not mean every item is current or suited to your project. Establish which model version and material package the 2026 list prices. Read the conditions alongside any promotional or starting price.
What information should each line contain?
- Model name, dimensions and gross/net area definition.
- Storey and room layout.
- Distinction between standard technical package and options.
- Tax included/excluded information.
- Scope of assembly and transport.
- Price date, validity and payment terms.
Without this information, comparing a price line with another company's quotation may be misleading. Also note which options the image for the same model shows.
Costs that may fall outside the list
Foundations, site work, design services and external connections may be excluded from list prices. Distance-based transport or access-related lifting may cost extra. Kitchen, bathroom and climate equipment vary by package. List missing costs individually to complete the budget.
How do I move from a list to a personalised quotation?
Send your selected model, province/district, usage period and desired extras to the quotation team. Two sites starting from the same list may have different total costs. Ask how long the price remains valid and how scope changes affect it. This page is not Profabrik's approved sales price table and provides no unverified figures.
